I will be late, of course - as I have appointments on Friday these days that take me until 9:30.

Though I will likely cut the appointment short so as I can be there without too much delay.

(( just readying to head off to the funeral    ))

Thought id'  make a quick note,

Tobblin's house ( Wending 2? )  is done too, he is making  Coney Stew this year  *grin*

The barrow house,  could move Happy

I'll be back late Monday,  ( or on Tuesday morning )  not sure yet,    but then I'll have more an idea on where it could go,

Harrow Road 4 maybe?  Suzannora's house possibly Happy

Anyways, I am just  leaving or the funeral.  It was scheduled on Saturday but moved to Monday so its a rush trip over,  then back after funeral.

really depressing week for me,

but thank you all for your help,  and also for mushroom day,  Arabella and i had fun and it was enough to distract me fro all this for a bit.

Hoppa, I sent ya a Quick Post about keys. I seem to be fine there fer now.  For any special ((bound)) items, if I need a key fer another, I'll let ya know.

I have no idea where my list from last year went, and I do not have a map with the addresses in front of me so here's what I recall:

chicken nightmare (2 Myrtle Ct)

boneyard (deluxe Chalk 3?)

hag with her cookin' fire with all the now little scary trees (standard Harrow 5?)

raven smial (standard Chalk 4?)

barrows (standard Wending 2?)

stone garden (kin Harrow 2?)

I think the smial across from the barrows right now looks smashing as is so I'll not touch that one.  Last year I think that was the Forochilly totems and we used the storage there for all the lawn items I misplaced during the event.

I do have possible improvements t' a few things this year.

At some point, we need t' hammer out how ya want the Stone Garden done.  Oh...there's also a really interestin' notion I have for another spot, but we'll have to talk about that.

I think the chicken stop flew over a few folks' heads last time, so something else should be done there.  I do have one particular notion, but not sure if I have enough time to pull it together.

I have a few other new ideas up my sleeve.  There's one I really wanted t' do, but it's taking longer than I anticipated, so I'll leave that as a new thing fer next year.  Oh, and the other idea I would really like too...but that's definitely not happening this year either.

Don't ya worry though!  I got plans.  I've got top folk working on it.  Top. Folk.

((If there was a way to extend the night....I would so bribe a dev to do so.))

[To channel] 'On October 24th, 9pm Bywater time, in the Shire Neighborhood of Whitwich, there will be a Tricks and Treats happening! Folks'll tour the neighborhood with Cherrie and the Warders, stoppin' by at various folks offerin tricks treats stories, poems, riddles and songs and goodies and the like.

[To channel] 'And now for the best part, if You want to stake out a property in Whitwich and offer goodies stories riddles poems tales and whatnot and things to folks, then just send me a mail, and we'll work it out! Please let me know by Monday the 20th so's we can get any decoration changes and props and whatnot taken care of'

[To channel] 'Also, you can go to the Bounder Bulletins ( here ) and look in the general post where letters and such are hung up, and find the note on Tricks n' Treats and also leave me a note there.'

[To channel] 'And...... If you just have a mind to help decorate a neighborhood, I do have all but 2 or 3 or 4 plots at my disposal to decorate! Which I am doin some of currently now!'

[To channel] 'Also, and final I think, on this topic, is folks what will wanna help or stake out a claim and do somethin tricksy and treaty from it, will want to come a bit early before 9pm to make sure you got your spot figured out and so Balifor will know which houses to visit.'

[channel] Meadowlark: 'By the by . . . what might confuse some folks . . . you don't stay at a house and wait for passers by to show up. Rather, all of the visitors are put in a group that goes from house to house.'

[To channel] 'Aye all visitors Tour the houses, then folks what were at one house combine with the group and so on, and then its a big mess o' folks what stop in at the Ward-End for an afterparty if folks wanna do that too, which gives opportunity for stories to be told and more music and so on!'

[channel] Meadowlark: 'So, you don't miss out on touring the other places iffen you decorate a house, and you don't sit about the house wondering when people will show up.'

[To channel] 'One group, which starts tourin about 9ish, and once they pass a location that location goes along with, to the next space.'

[To channel] 'Folks can also tour with the main group and then run off ahead to set up so they don't miss earlier spots too.'

(( much easier to copy and paste what I just typed in the chat as it was pretty good hehehe ))

PostPosted: Sat Sep 27, 2014 10:30 am    Post subject: Tricks and Treats October 24th, at 9pm Bywater time.

We have decided 24th of October at 9pm Bywater time, We'll have our usual Tricks n' Treats in Whitwich Neighborhood, all folks is invited!
Tell your friends
 Hehe

If you wanna help, its always greatly appreciated!

Folks can stake out a house in the neighborhood, and do a song  or two, tell a riddle, story or joke or something, and give a gift if they want to.
Easiest gifts are something small and consumable, like ale pipeweed or food items, but if you want you can give an elaborate prize, its entirely up to you.

We are looking forward again to another fun time!

Those helpin' out should gather at 8:30 EST so we are ready  and so on.
I hope it will be a lot of fun and I hope all can attend!
